What does your private label program offer?
Private label incorporates minor changes/additions to our existing items, and may include water-based printing. The current minimum for new private label orders is 1200 units (styles and sizes may vary). Common examples of our private label work are:- Your neck label (sewn in or tagless label)
- A current item in a custom color or an existing color not available in stock (eg. mens' L/S tshirt in sage green)
- Embroidery or water-based printing if it consists of 1-2 (same) design on all items
- Minor style changes (eg. to sleeve/shirt lengths, neck cut, seam label)
- Add-ons such as hang-tags, individual fold and retail packaging.

Can you produce other items for me in organic cotton?
Yes, replicating your styles involves a custom order with a 2400 pc. total order and 600 pcs./style minimum. We produce a number of items based on our customer's samples in 100% organic cotton as well as 5% lycra mix eg. yoga wear, baby items like blankets and bibs, wraps, bags, totes, towels, bathrobes, sheets etc.

Can you dye a custom color? What is the minimum?
Yes. Custom dyelot minimums currently require the equivalent of 1200 adult shirts.

What are time frames for private label and custom orders?
Lead time is generally 8-12 weeks from the date the order is finalized. For urgent orders we offer air-shipping at an added cost.

Can you create samples for me based on my designs?
Yes, we can create sample sets based on your physical samples or line art with size specs. Sampling charges usually range from $150-300 per style based on complexity.

Do you offer design services for printing?
No. You must provide print ready artwork in jpg., pdf, Adobe and other compatible formats.
